TechStars, an investment and mentorship program for businesses in the seed stage, has announced that they are hosting a bracket-style contest that will pit 64 startups against each other to win $25,000 in prizes. The winner will be determined by popular vote.

To be eligible, a company must have revenues below $250,000 and can't have raised more than $250,000. Companies must also have a live demo or product in the tech field.

The $25,000 prizes include hosting services, advertising, and an invitation to TechStars For a Day, the group's yearly networking event.
