We love using Android, and there are a few apps that dominate our home screen and time on the phone. Frankly, we'd be lost without them.

We compiled the list of the 10 Android apps we use every day, and couldn't manage without. Don't even think about trying to take them away.

Amazon Appstore give you a free premium app every day

Amazon's Appstore may not have much of a selection as Google's official Android Market, but you will find most of the highest-rated and most popular apps there. Our favorite part of the Appstore is that Amazon offers a premium paid app for free every day. So far Amazon has given away popular titles such as Angry Birds Rio, Fruit Ninja, and Flight Control.

Amazon MP3 lets you stream music from your online locker

Last week's launch of Amazon's Cloud Player was a huge move for Amazon. Not only can you store your music online, but you can also stream it to your Android phone. That's nothing new, but the app does allow you to purchase new music from Amazon's online store and add it directly to your player.

Advanced Task Killer will save your battery

We love that Android allows for true multitasking, but if you're not careful, that can be a huge drain on your battery. Advanced Task Killer is a simple app that will tell you which apps are running and allow you to shut them down. We suggest keeping as many switched off as possible to help your battery last as long as possible.
